Its primary goal is to simplify the complexities of the aged care process by providing personalised consultations with experienced professionals. Through a user-friendly online platform, customers can easily book appointments and engage with knowledgeable advisors who guide them through their unique aged care journey. Our goals were to produce engaging videos to attract new customers to the TeleSeniors Website. Having a suite of videos for advertising and to inform others on the service they provide, built trust and caused their potential customers to want to book their consultation online.
