The Strand at Loch Lomond Marina is a harbor-side community of luxury single-family homes and townhomes on the San Francisco Bay. A combination of 15-second and :30-second video ads were produced to help new home developer Trumark Homes reignite sales interest during the final buildout of the neighborhood. The campaign is designed to emotionally connect with the viewer, attract new buyers, and convey the unique selling proposition and lifestyle that this community offers.
